Shipping Locations
We only ship in Australia at the moment. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders, no minimum. At checkout, the shipping amount will be calculated automatically to $0.00.

Time to Process
Normally, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Processing Time
Orders placed with Paws Emporium take a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 3 business days to process. This means your order will be picked, packed and dispatched to our shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard delivery times apply in addition to this handling period.

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package’s progress to your door.

Ship To Address
Please make sure to verify your shipping address at checkout. Paws Emporium is not responsible for orders being shipped to an address incorrectly provided. Please contact us immediately at info@pawsemporium.shop if you see a mistake after your order is placed and we will do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Missing/Delayed Package
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame please contact us at info@pawsemporium.shop with your order number and we will help track down your package or file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
